Yes. Flush Plumbing Company is a licensed Texas plumbing company operating under RMP #47271, and we're fully insured. You're welcome to ask to see it on site.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates are free. We assess the job, explain what's involved and give you a clear, upfront price before any work starts — no hidden fees.
Which areas do you cover?
Katy, Fulshear, Richmond, Cinco Ranch and Firethorne (77494), plus the surrounding west Houston area. We're a mobile service, so we come to you. If you're just outside, call and ask.
How early can you get to me?
We start early. Monday through Saturday we're available from 4:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Sundays from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM — seven days a week.
Can I text instead of calling?
Absolutely. Text (713) 887-2517 with a description of the problem — photos help a lot — and we'll come straight back to you.
How much does drain clearing cost?
Standard drain clearing is $99. Water heater flushes are $99, tankless flushes $199, and a water softener supplied and installed is $2,499. Anything else gets a free estimate first.
Do I really need a water softener in Katy?
West Houston water is hard, and it shows up as scale on fixtures, spotty glassware, dry skin and shortened water-heater life. A softener protects the plumbing you've already paid for. We'll tell you honestly whether your home would benefit.
What should I do about an active leak right now?
Shut off the main water valve to the house first, then call us. If you're not sure where your shut-off is, call anyway and we'll talk you through finding it while we're on the way.
